Tech Lead / Technical Scrum Master

Now we are looking for a Senior Tech Lead for our client.

Assignment description and main responsibilities

- Helping the team to focus on creating valuable products that meet our clients SDLC

- Coaching the team members and the Product Owner in self-management and cross-functionality as well as in technical matters (i.e. programming, testing, architecture)

- Enabling the team to apply and improve their agile practices

- Apply leadership style depending on the team’s needs. Delegate when needed or apply a more coaching approach when needed

- Supporting the team in problem-solving, balancing priorities, and clarifying trade-offs

Competence requirements

- Formal education in SW development field

To be an excellent fit for this position the consultant has:

- Experience as Tech Lead and/or Scrum Master

- Experience in agile ways of working

- Relevant technical- and programming experience in a serverless environment using AWS or Azure

- Have experience in developing and scaling high-quality eCommerce tech platforms in cross-functional Digital product teams

The possibility of an extension for this assignment is high.
