Tech Lead to Svea Solar

THE JOB

As a Tech Lead in our team, we encourage your creativity and high ambitions. Our mind is set on new thinking and future technical demands and opportunities with no limits. You will face great and exciting challenges, leading the team to create technical solutions that are equally attractive for the customer as it has important impact on fixing our planet.

Using your technical guidance, you will play a key role in our continued success by driving and coordinating technical decisions and working hands-on together with the team. You will make sure we solve the right problem at the right time, engaging and inspiring your team members to grow.

We are looking to expand in both knowledge and numbers in the near future. Our team today consists of 12 software developers with various levels of experience, working with web, app and IoT. You can expect a young and innovative work environment where everyone works together towards a common goal - to reach a sustainable society.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a solid understanding of scaling complex software systems, with either main interest in back-end, front-end or preferably full-stack development. You are used to take responsibility for technical solutions working as senior software developer, Tech Lead or other related position.

To be successful in this position you have the ability to break down technical problems for tech-team members with varying levels of experience and communicate the rationale behind specific solutions or approaches. You enjoy coaching, supporting and give technical advice, with experience of working according to agile principles.

Qualifications:

- +10 years' experience as software developer
- Knowledge in Node.JS and Typescript
- MSc. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or another related field
- English, both written and spoken
