I'm Natalia Carreno Vera, the manager of the Network team, a group of enthusiastic, empathetic, driven, and responsible professionals with a passion for technology and innovation. Our technicians are members of either the Secure Access or Core team, but we aim to function as a cohesive unit. We are currently seeking a Tech Lead who will operate seamlessly across both the Core and Secure Access teams, amplifying our support for Solution Architects while actively engaging in operational tasks. As a Tech lead you’ll not only be hands-on with operations but also be the friendly face that connects the tech side with our business goals, just like our Solution Architects do. Your talent for sharing insightful thoughts and representing the tech team's vision when we're cooking up plans for new technologies or processes will be key.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team and cross the banks different domains and managerial levels or third parties.
Understand the needs of our existing environment with our transition to the Cloud
Continuously strive for process improvements, standardization, and automation for speed and precision
Take Lead in unexpected and critical situations and then propose solution and make decisions.
Independently contribute or lead business strategic work cross SEB
Contribute to architectural community with architectural documentation
Technical Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in Cisco routing/switching, Juniper/checkpoint firewalls, Terraform, Ansible, Proxies
Hands on experience in any of GCP, AWS, and Azure is highly desirable
Previous or additional experience in other infrastructure domains such as Active Directory, Encryption, Identity management etc

Availability requirements:
Willingness to participate in some of our 11 Service Windows and two Contingency tests scheduled each year
Willingness to work on-call every 6-7 weeks
