What you´ll do
In the role as Tech Lead, you will work with two of our development teams in the Digital Front-end Department. You will focus on orchestrating workflows for a customized platform serving both several managed channels as well as consumer self-service products, in a complex IT-telecom infrastructure with many dependencies. However, business requirements change fast and so do we. Therefore, you might be involved in working with other teams, and/or projects. So close communication and collaboration is needed with multiple teams connecting to the whole system around this team's specific application that orchestrates workflows between different types of applications, monoliths, micro front-end and microservices.
Lead technical initiatives in the digital front-end layer as well as cross domain
Be accountable for continuous improvements in the product and application operations and life cycle management processes, together with the development teams
Represent the team and take other functions in Telenors incident and cirisis management processes
Manage and lead the application life cycle system management roadmap, including for example pachting and upgrades, decommission, capacity planning, monitoring and manage external system dependencies
Ensure that the applications are compliant towards internal controls, Privacy and Security policies
Manage and set infrastructure requirements and be the contact towards infrastructure architects
Manage the application operations in AWS
Manage the tribe system budget and forecast system licenses with the goal to optimize cost and efficient
Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience
Who are you?
You have experience in managing successful team deliveries in roles such as DevOps, Scrum Master, Team Lead. We see that you have experienced in translating and presenting technical requirements into business solutions
We also see that you have:
General experience in IT and system integration
Working experience from AWS cloud infrastructure
Working experience of application performance monitoring
An experience from vendor management
A Structured approach to work, with the ability to plan, and organize larger projects
To be successful in this role you will also contribute with:

You understand the importance of good conflict management with clarity in communication, both written and verbal in both English and Swedish.
