Delivering a trustworthy and positive shopping experience, both for retailers and end customers makes us proud but not content. Our ambition is higher and now we have a great opportunity for a Tech Manager who wants to take our growing Tech Hub in Stockholm to the next level!
Just to give you a quick insight, our tech department has over 500 developers structured into business units and domain teams. In Stockholm we currently have Software Engineers and Frontend Developers, but we are rapidly growing and need your leader expertise! 

Job description:
As a Tech Manager at Arvato you play a fundamental role in being a cohesive link between our team in Stockholm and the rest of our tech community in Europe. As a leader you are passionate and enthusiastic about people and their growth, as well as tech development. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Hire talent:
•    Develop our Stockholm Tech Hub with the aim to be a magnet for Software Engineers and Frontend Developers 
•    Collaborate closely with People & Culture regarding recruitments and branding strategies and their implementation

Integrate talent: 
•    Make our new colleagues feel welcomed and ensure that their integration in our cross-functional teams is a success
•    Share knowledge and create enthusiasm about our products, FinTech approach, platform approach and technology strategy with our partners and future colleagues

Retain talent:
•    Ensure a highly motivated and sustainable team
•    Ensure that continuous learning is incorporated in our daily activities
•    Always offering the guidance, support and tools needed for your team to take initiatives, and perform at their best, including performance and development conversations
•    Make our Tech Hub in Stockholm “the place” to work

In general, act as a Tech ambassador 
•    Connect with the FinTech community in Stockholm and raise awareness of our products and technology in the respective communities
•    Act as a thought leader and advocate our FinTech approach actively in the market - for instance as a speaker at conferences and thought leader in tech blogs

•    Have experience in inspiring and managing Software Engineering Teams in an agile set-up
•    Have good skills within tech development
•    Creating results and deliveries while transform
•    Have experience and knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
•    Have excellent English skills
