Partnerships - Stockholm
As a member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for handling partner developer issues in an effective and proactive manner, on phone, email and other channels.
You’ll support our top iZettle partners and developers through their lifetime with us via a variety of mediums. You will be responsible for ensuring that enquiries receive a timely, accurate and proactive resolution.
Our mission is to provide “Best in Class” service to our customers. i.e. We want you to think about how our partner developers can have the best iZettle experience, at every part of their journey with us.
We’re a big deal for small businesses
The successful candidate has previous experience working in a role which offered technical support to customers/ businesses.
We’re looking for candidates with a real ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to constantly learn and develop their skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a successful team and see the business continue to grow.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for handling our partners’ issues working with our APIs and SDKs in a timely, effective and proactive manner over phone, email and developer community platforms such as Github and Stack Overflow. You will also be responsible for helping our partners get started building applications for small businesses with iZettle.
You will also be part of identifying top-call drivers and pain-points and being proactive about communicating and improving each touch-points for our users, for example writing quality documentation, FAQs, case studies, etc.

Experience working with developers
Basic understanding of software development, e.g. APIs and SDKs
Excellent written and verbal skills
Coding skills are appreciated, but not required for this position.
