Sebratec is a Software and Engineering company specialized in services for the tech industry. We deliver expertise to our clients and help people to reach the next challenge in their carrier. Our goal is to create a bridge between Sweden and Brazil, delivering both consulting, offshore and in-house services. The company is growing and as a part of this we are now looking for a new member to our family, located in Gothenburg.

We believe that you bring:
Fluent skills in English and Swedish. Since you will be a part of the recruitment team and work with both Sweden and Brazil this is important.
Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience running recruiting processes end-to-end and technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques - LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events etc
Strong interviewing skills - behavioral and technical interviews are part of your daily life
Really passionate about recruiting and technology, entrepreneurial spirit, easy-going and results oriented.
What will you do on daily basis at Sebratec?
In cooperation with Managers, define profiles, write assignment descriptions and advertise
Actively attract the most qualified candidates by proactively mapping the market and approach interesting candidates to promote Sebratec as an employer
Maintain a professional contact with candidates during the entire recruitment process
Actively stay up to date on the candidate market, development and trends
Plan and participate in various external activities such as career fairs and recruitment events to spread our brand and broaden our network
Together with HR and Management improve how Sebratec can be an even more attractive employer and spread our brand to attract the most qualified candidates
Hold initial interviews with candidates, in English as well as in Swedish
Evaluate candidates’ suitability, both in relation to Sebratec´s business needs but also, according to the candidate's aspirations, expectations and potential
Support the recruiting Managers throughout the recruitment process, including references and tests
Contribute to our employer branding and be our ambassador both externally and internally
The job is full-time located in Gothenburg, starting asap.
