We want to grow our People & Culture team with an experienced Tech recruiter. At Oneflow, you get to map your own development and work with colleagues who are always #inittogether. You will be central to our fast-growing organization and will play a crucial role in building and shaping the future of our teams. We are currently 95+ people representing 20 nationalities and we believe that our diversity, both in terms of background and gender equality, is a strength in our organization.
What are you going to do?
Your main focus will be sourcing and recruiting developers and other tech roles. Today we are four people in the People & Culture team; Pauline, Kim, Amanda and Rebecca. We are looking for a person who wants to grow and develop with us! In order for you to thrive in our team, you need to be creative, curious and have the ability to adapt to different target groups. You enjoy networking via LinkedIn, phone or other available channels. So if you are a person who likes being challenged and wants to have the opportunity to be creative - then we can be a match made in heaven.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:
· At least a few years experience of tech sourcing and tech recruitment
· A strong inner drive and sense of ownership
· A curiosity and dares to question and experiment
· Fluent in English
It is a big plus if you also have experience of or interest in:
· Coding
· Competence-based recruitment
· It is also a plus if you speak Swedish, but that’s only a merit

The recruitment process begins with an interview with Kim. Then there is a personality and logic test. After that, there is an interview with Pauline and then a case study that we’ll go through together during a final meeting with Pauline and Kim.
