The greentech industry is booming and our shot at fixing the planet is now so speed, scalability and growth is paramount. As you may have guessed we are in a heavy growth- and expansion phase and to scale the company one of our focus areas is to further develop the solar eco-system. We know we’re not alone in saying that we need to hire developers :P

You’re not by any means the first recruiter at Svea Solar but (for a little while at least) you’ll be the first one focused on tech and developers.
In other words, you’ll be a valuable addition to a team that is likely to grow pretty fast. This means that you will have a great impact on how we work today and in the future, and there are good opportunities to take on new challenges and areas of responsibility over time.

What you'll do
The majority of your time is likely to be spent on driving candidate inflow and driving recruitment processes with your recruiter colleagues and our very engaged CTO and Head of SW - Setting sourcing strategies, reaching out, screening candidates and making sure we stick to a tight recruitment process with high validity. As you know, tech recruitment can be tricky so we encourage creative ways of sourcing, writing inmails and finding new platforms to drive expose our employer brand on.

Your main focus will be developers for our site, app and platform teams (think TypeScript, React, React Native and NodeJS) but you might poke around in the general tech area and find yourelf sourcing for an Electrical Vehicle Charging expert - who knows? We focus on people located in the grander Stockholm are, but we’re flexible on that point.

Beyond the “actual work” we want to engage you in enhancing and scaling our overall recruiting practice. We are always happy but never satisfied so we are contantly looking for ways to improve and tweak what we do in a somewhat agile manner. This might mean engaging in employer branding, our ways of working, testing new recruitment platforms or developing cases - whatever make you tick.

Who you are
We are a young and driven company though it is clear throughout the organisation that we have an equal part heart - we care for the planet and each other. Preferably, you also embody this balance.

We’ll find comb you resume for things like

- Experience working as an in-house tech recruiter with high-volumes in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 3+ years in heavy sourcing, developer-focused recruitment
- You have experience and enjoy working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
- You see the great value of working in a data driven way
