Kvalifikationer

- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and worked with active search for several years using e.g. LinkedIn or Stack Overflow
- Experience with recruiting within SW Engineering, Tech or IT
- Background from a well-recognized search firm
- Experience in proactive search and have worked in a global environment
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written

Job Description
For our global client we are looking for a Senior Recruiter with several years of experience from active search. You will be part of a recruitment team with the mission to enable future success and growth by proactively identifying, matching, and selecting the most qualified candidates. The ambition is to deliver an excellent candidate experience that will lead to becoming the employer of choice. As a Senior Recruiter, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will act as an advisor, partner with Hiring Managers to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will search, build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments. Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. Also, you will ensure that our client hire top talent whose values are in line with our clients by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests. You will be part of a team of 20 highly skilled recruiters.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible after agreement, and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-03-01, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our global client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
