Right now, we are now looking for you - our Tech Recruitment Consultant - to work with a global company with Swedish roots.

About the role
As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will be a part of two teams - our recruitment department at Oddwork and a solid recruitment team at our client. You will work with a variety of roles, specializing in complex roles within software development. These candidates are hard to find, but we think you will get down to the nitty-gritty with your accuracy, precision, and relationship-building communication to potential candidates and make them want to know more.

Since our client is working with quality over quantity, you will find, engage, and attract some of the most unique competencies in Europe. You will spend quite some time on sourcing, but also have a close dialogue with hiring managers and get support from your teammates in the recruitment and HR team. Since our world is becoming more flexible, you can take any meeting via Teams - working from home when needed, at the Oddwork HQ, or our client's office. Since you love structure, you like the idea of planning out your day as you feel is the best.

has a curious mind and is eager to know more than you did yesterday. You love to find new platforms, methods, and ways to find and reach out to new candidates. You drive by structure and want to be in control of your every day. So, even though there are goals and guidelines, you like to pave the way forward on your own.

You’re a social genius and like the human connection, both in real life and when you write InMails. You’re passionate about making a positive candidate experience and would never give up on the first try. You try and try again because you know eventually you will succeed.

Our three wishes:

- Relevant education
- At least 2 years' experience in technical recruiting with a focus on sourcing
- Excellent English skills and Swedish is meritorious.
