Tech Researcher

We are looking for a Tech Researcher for an international company in Stockholm.


This is an exciting time! New consumer behaviors and rapid tech development will continue to transform how and when people shop. The group is continuing to integrate the physical stores with the online platforms. We want to release the power of people, data and technology.


As a Tech Researcher you will find and attract the right tech talents from all over the world. You have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates. You are looking for and finding competent candidates and you succeed in convincing them of the opportunities within our clients organization. To reach the right target groups, new thinking is needed in search and networking.


In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have good experience from research within Tech. You are curious and like to take on a great responsibility. A systematic and structured way of working is natural for you. You have an easy way to communicate, inspire and engage candidates. You are passionate about meeting new people and building relationships. You explore and map the tech talent market and you work proactively with talent pools/pipelines for key roles within our clients organization.

We see that you are self-driven, structured, accurate and used to handle many recruits at the same time. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service minded and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. You are updated on the talent landscape on a global market.


The person we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
• Great experience in searching Tech profiles on the global talent market with focus on Software Engineers using various methods
• Master fluent English in speech and writing
• Merit to have experience in agile working methods


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. The assignment will run initially until the end of December with a possibility for extension after that. Start ASAP.
