As we are moving towards a more product-led and data driven organization with more focus on tech we are looking for a Tech Researcher to attract new talents!

Your Future

- You will part of our HR team and will be an essential asset for our tech recruitment in finding talents within tech, such as Frontend- and Backend Developer, Engineering Managers and Product Managers
- Search and phone interviews with searched candidates
- Learn and use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Partner with the Recruiter and contribute to the best candidate experience


Your Past & Your Skills

- You have a degree or ongoing education within IT, HR or similar
- It is a plus if you have experience from outreach recruitment and interest in people and IT
- We value personal qualities to succeed in this role, we believe that you as a person are social, independent and committed
- You are relationship-building and communicative in both speaking and writing
- You are passionate about recruitment in IT and are driven by taking responsibility for your task and by creating results!
