Tech Researcher with SAP knowledge

We are looking for Tech Researcher with SAP knowledge for an international company in Stockholm.

We are now looking for an experienced Tech Researcher with SAP knowledge that can help us finding the best tech talents on a global market.
As a Tech Researcher/Sourcer you will find and attract the right tech talents from all over the world. You have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates.
You will be part of a Talent Acquisition Team and will together with the team set and drive the plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the team's goal.
The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc.


In order to succeed in this role, you must have experience in recruiting/searching SAP profiles like application experts, developers, Integration experts etc.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment strategiesGood stakeholder management skills
Master fluent English in speech and writing
Ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and to meet deadlines
Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs
Merit to have experience in Agile way of working

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. The assignment will run initially until Dec 31st with a possibility for extension after that. Start is ASAP.
