The Identity Services team is currently recruiting a Systems Engineer to work on our existing Identity Services and to also be an influential and tech-savvy team member who seeks to be part of our modernisation journey. Our team designs, develops and operates resilient Identity Services eco-systems including life-cycle management of co-worker identities as well as application integrations. We are using well proven technologies and architectures and modern APIs.
We think you are passionate about Identity-driven security and a continuous learner. You seek to engage in complex problem solving by asking challenging questions as well as listening and learning. We believe you have several years of experience in the Identity and Access space, preferably in a medium or higher sized company. We assume you have strong understanding of Identity and Access management concepts, integrations, compliance and access best practis.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to design, develop and deploy IAM solutions within both on-premises and cloud-based environments as well as work with SSO security and infrastructures. 
Strong knowledge of native cloud provider identity services including Azure AD and Google Cloud Identity and/or Auth0 Knowledge of other cloud identity providers are a plus.
Experience working with modern authentication protocols, SAML, OAuth and OIDC.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement, configure, upgrade and maintain Identity and Access Management Services, including IAM systems and application components. 
Design and deliver high quality digital services and engineering to support consumers across IKEA franchise system to be more efficient and reach the many people.
Providing support and guidance within the engineering community encouraging good practices.

We are a global team of around 10 people. We are quite autonomous, self-organizing and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together. We work towards outcome and value and measure our progress. We are based in southern Sweden and a mix of local and remote work is not a problem.
