What part you will play?
You will have a leading role in the transformation to the next generation of SAP and how complementary IT solutions will collaborate and support our future operations within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, in Sweden and the Nordics. With us, you can work from one of our offices in Solna, Malmö, Mölndal or Sundsvall as well as partly from home.

Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to map existing and future processes and how these are handled with the support of SAP and suggest improvements. You will drive and coordinate minor and major changes in the system together with our SAP suppliers. To act as an expert for Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Siemens’ Swedish and Nordic SAP community and as support for the key users appointed in the business, is also an essential part of your job. In addition to this, you will lead or be involved in projects and initiatives that include process changes, system solutions and improvements that directly or indirectly affect or interact with SAP.

Your qualifications
•    Experience of SAP project phases including planning, pre studies, blueprints, design, build, implementation, rollout out and change management / training and Application Management
•    Held roles like SAP application expert & solution architect, team lead/project manager, business analyst, process expert and master data/migration expert
•    Solid knowledge of SAP, specifically in the areas related to business processes of Project and Service execution as well as Logistics
•    Process and project experience from companies and industries with diverse degrees of SAP maturity and complexity in terms of system architecture and landscape
•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English to work effectively with stakeholders
