Tech Support

We are looking for a Tech Support for an international company in Södertälje. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

Assignment:
Be part of and support central teams that will implement and use a new global Media platform (Digital asset management for movies, pictures etc) in AEM.
Where we store and share media assets as marketing material, movies and pictures. The platform will be used by the central Communication organisation as well as the Communication departments within our sale organisation worldwide. The roll-out will start with a smaller group this fall and continue during 2023.

We are looking for a junior professional acting as a super user on platform functionality as well as process and administration. A go to person for how to support the team members working in the tool and of-loading when needed. Included in this role is:

- Understand the tools capabilities (eg. how to work and show team members) and be an extra pair of hands in our processes.
- Support with administration of GDPR, and similar.

We believe that the person taking on this roles is a service minded team player that know how to educate people with different base knowledge and abilities and have fun doing so. She/He is keen to understand the needs of the customers and have a pedagogical approach.
Are used to digital environments and enjoy working with images and films.
Have a problem-solving, positive and fast & flexible mind-set. Ready to “dig-in” when needed.
The person will work together with content producers both video, films and textual content.

Education:
Education within IT, Communication or relevant work experience.

Language:
Fluency in both English and Swedish

Meriting but not mandatory:
- Experience in Adobe suite, preferably Adobe Assets
- Working in any data asset management
- Earlier experience as participant/support person in a platform role out
- Earlier experience of working with digital media such as film and images.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Södertälje, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility for extension after that. Start ASAP!
