WorkShop is now looking for two new Tech Support Specialists for our engagement program. We are looking for someone with a passion for retail, people and digital training who wants to grow and develop in an exciting business area. If you are early in your career and looking for a great opportunity to learn and develop this is the role for you.

The engagement platform is a digital platform designed to drive training and community engagement through data driven insights. Being available for retail staff to use online the platform is an exclusive program where you can learn and develop together with the brand on product and marketing.

Managing content uploading and back end data structure you are responsible for ensuring compliance in the platforms towards our clients. You work together with a team of tech interested individuals and support both our data and insights team as well as our content and project management team. You will manage platforms in multiple languages and work with global brands like Samsung, Intel and Google.

Job Description

You will assist in making sure data input in our platform is correct and support the content team in uploading content. You will make sure content and uploading is managed in the correct way to make it compliant for analysis. You will help with technical aspect in setting up new programs for clients that are incoming. You will work with our data and insights team to do minor checks in our data warehouse. You will update data regularly to ensure product is up and running. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other projects related to our engagement program as an opportunity to grow and develop.

We believe that the right person for this role has:

- 0-5 years experience and interest in working with technical solutions
- Interest in tech - High computer literacy, ability to quickly learn how to navigate different software
- A curious mind and is a fast learner
- An ability to consider impact of different element for the user experience
- A curious mind and is a logical thinker


Desirable knowledge and experience:

- Strong interest in technology
- Basic excel knowledge
- Basic knowledge in SQL/databases is preferred
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English
