About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top tech talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.
You will be part of an ambitious, driven, and quality-focused talent acquisition team. We are an international team so Swedish is not a requirement if you are fluent in English.

With passion you’ll take the lead in actively searching for our next tech talent - and by building knowledge of the external talent landscape and knowing the market's ins and outs, you’re confident you’ll succeed.
As an individual, you have a strong team player mind-set who thrives on collaborating across teams and functions. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, resilient, and enjoys connecting with people. The role offers a lot of freedom and the possibility to build and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
What you’ll do at daily basis:
- You will search, screen, interview(both own recruit and consultants), and process candidates for multiple roles in our tech organization.
- Identify and implement best practices and tools for attracting and selecting the best candidates and constantly networking with candidates.
- Set the strategy for the Tech recruitments together with Talent Acquisition Lead and managers at the Tech department in Budbee.
Desired skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
- At least 1 year of experience from the full recruitment cycle
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. An additional language is always welcome since we are a global company
