MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Do you have a passion for Recruitment, Fashion, and Tech?

MultiMind is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition partner and/or a Researcher within the tech-segment for our client in the fashion industry. Both roles are a consultancy opportunities, starting in the beginning of April and lasting until the end of the year.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience of recruiting Agile coaches  you will work operationally with all parts of the recruitment process, e.g. create requirement profiles, create and publish advertisements, conduct telephone interviews, search, manage applications and selection, participate in job interviews, referral- and recruitment administration. We want you to have a candidate network within the agile coach area. 

You also work actively to create attractive banners and other marketing from an Employer Branding perspective. In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have good experience in all parts of the recruitment process. We want you to have great skills in recruiting roles within tech, leadership and agile methodologies. You like to work independently at a high speed in a changing environment with several recruitments in parallel. You are confident in yourself and accustomed to working with experienced managers. You ensure that the diversity perspective and inclusiveness are natural parts of the process.

As a Researcher with experience of recruiting Agile Coaches   you will find and attract the right talents within agile practices from all over the world. You have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates. You are looking for and finding competent candidates and you succeed in convincing them of the opportunities within our client’s company. To reach the right target groups, new thinking is needed in search and networking.

In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have good experience from research within Tech. leadership and have great knowledge of agile methodologies. You are curious and like to take responsibility. A systematic and structured way of working is natural for you and you also have an easy way to communicate with, inspire and engage candidates. You are passionate about meeting new people and building relationships. You explore and map the tech talent market and you can work proactively with talent pools/pipelines for key roles within Business Tech.

For both roles we see that you are self-driven, structured, accurate and used to handle many recruits at the same time.  You are professional, communicative, flexible, service minded, and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. You are updated on the talent landscape on a global market. Of course, you act as an ambassador for our client.

In this assignment you need to have good experience in recruiting/searching for senior Agile Coaches, but other roles such as Product Owners and Software Engineers can be relevant as well.

You will be part of a team with focus on recruiting Agile Coaches. You will together with the team set and drive the plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the recruitment goal for year 2020. 

The persons we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:

Great experience in recruiting / searching Agile Coaches
Great experience in recruiting / searching Tech profiles within agile practices
Master fluent English in speech and writing
Experience in agile working methods
