About the assignment:

You will be a key player in supporting or growth journey by being responsible for full-cycle, end-to-end tech recruitment and activities related to attract top tech talent.

This includes proactively build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential tech candidates by using creative ways for sourcing.

Your impact will be finding the right people to join our upscaling journey and also be part of the onboarding process.  



Mandatory competence and experience:

- The customer is looking for a skilled professional within talent acquisition, you need to have a good understanding of the tech industry and can easily connect with engineers, product managers and designers.
- Different sourcing techniques and good experience using LinkedIn recruit, which is our mainly sourcing tool.

- Language skills: English/Swedish


Preferred competence and experience:

- You are experienced within competency-based recruitment and personality tests.


Preferred personal qualities:

- You get motivated delivering speed and quality in your recruitment processes where candidate experience is central part of your way of working.
