Kvalifikationer
- You have a couple of years of experience in a similar role where you take ownership of the hiring process from sourcing to making offers.
- You have experience in and know how to attract and hire tech talents in the Stockholm area.
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Swedish is a big plus!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner / Researcher within tech to our cool client in Stockholm! Our client offers smart car sharing. In this role, you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. You will act as an advisor, partner with Engineering Managers and other stakeholders within the company to support current and future needs and ensure a full understanding of their recruitment needs. Your main focus will be finding and hiring back-end developers to 6-7 different teams and assignments within the company.

Your responsibilities will include attracting the right talent by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people. Also, you will ensure that our client hire top talent whose values are in line with the company culture by screening and interviewing.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time assignment, 40 h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 3-6 months, with possibility of extension.
