For an international company in Stockholm we are looking for a Tech Talent Experience Coordinator/Administrator

We are now looking for one experienced Talent Experience Coordinator/Administrator that can help us finding the best tech talents on a global market.
As a Talent Experience Coordinator, you will work as a central part of the TA team with recruitment and consultant administration. You will also work with the onboarding process to give the best possible onboarding experience for employees and consultants. You will support the recruiters and managers in the daily work with different administrative tasks and give the candidates the best possible candidate experience.
Tasks
Ensure that all new colleagues have a first onboarding plan and get an excellent onboarding experience
Handle consultant administration in collaboration with Commercial, Staffing Partners and other colleagues involved in the consultant process.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Build and maintain productive collaboration with other coordinators cross-functional
Update and maintain information on SharePoint related to Staff Responsibility, Pre/On-and Offboarding
Handle international recruitment administration/coordination
Assist with schedule candidate and consultant interviews, reserve rooms, book travels, and any other logistics when needed, to ensure our candidates have the best possible experience
We see that you are self-driven, structured, and used to handle many tasks at the same time. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service-minded and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc.
The person we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
Excellent administration and coordination skills
Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives
Communicate professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Well organized with a structured way of working
Good communication skills
Master fluent English in speech and writing
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. The assignment will run initially for 6 months with a possibility for extension after that. Start ASAP.
