As a Tech Talent Partner, together with the Talent team, you will be trusted with the strategic ownership of attracting, engaging, and hiring all Tech talents that will contribute to Hedvig’s growth. What about the role?
Building scalable hiring processes for all tech positions. Designing, implementing and iterating on methods and tools across interviewing, assessment, sourcing in order to create a remarkable candidate/hiring leader experience.
Driving a high-performance hiring culture. Champion and role-model Hedvig’s values and drive a positive and progressing hiring culture throughout our achievements
Hands-on screening applicants, video interviews, running recruitment marketing, etc.
Partnering with our Search and Source Talent Partner new ways to approach and engage high potential candidates worldwide.
Partnering with our Recruitment Marketing Talent Partner new ways to tell our story to establish Hedvig as an iconic employer.
