Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.


We are now looking for a Tech writer within Solution Packaging & Implementation.
The aim of the Solution Packaging & Implementation team is to accelerate speed and quality in bringing value to the business and customers. This is done through strong skills in translation of customer demands, solution architecture and implementation in business / region specific contexts.


The role


You will work in close collaboration together with our team that is responsible for our customer relations as well as our development teams. You will be working with translation management to the 30 different languages that we are using in our system. You will be responsible for writing the release notes prior to each customer release, as well as securing service description documents together with our product teams.


Your profile


You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but still keep the big picture perspective since our environment constantly evolves in unexpected ways.


You are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.


We think that you have:
A university degree in data linguistics or similar
Experience of translation management as well as understanding of programming for the languages XML, Xliff and JSON
A global and agile mindset with great communication skills
Fluent in English - both written and spoken with a valid work-permit for Sweden, if you are a non-EU-citizen
