Job description
Perido is recruiting a technical support for our customer. The company is focused around a web based cooperation tool, which they offer to other companies in order to help them work together and run projects in an easy and efficient way. They see cooperation as the key to a successful project. This position is placed in HQ in central Stockholm.

The technical support will work in a team of 8 colleagues, giving support to customers over telephone, mail and chat. The main work is to give support around the company's project interaction tool. Translation of manuals, production of demo videos and other administration is also part of the job, which means speaking fluent German is important. We believe that you who apply for this position are curious; you enjoy searching for solutions and helping other people. You have experience from technical support and enjoy offering great customer service. On top of that you are responsible, enterprising and work without prestige. Required qualifications
-High school/secondary school
-Experience from technical support or customer service
-Good knowledge of one or several browsers is a plus
-Fluent German + speaking Swedish and/or English

Contract type and hours
This position is permanent, full time. Start date in May.
