Tech/IT Talent Recruiter
In this role you will play a vital role in creating awareness about our brand and growing our awesome global team. IT at Lynk & Co is responsible for development and maintenance of the platforms/IT services needed to support our business. This includes e.g. Customer Engagement Platform on MS Dynamics, Sales Platform on modern cloud first micro-service architecture, ERP (SAP), Web development, App development (Android and IOS) and more.

What you'll do

You will handle the full life cycle of the recruitment process; from defining requirements, writing job ads, finding & attracting candidates, assessing their competence, to salary negotiations and closing the offer. And all this will be done in close collaboration with hiring managers and teams throughout the process.

Our Employer Branding Strategy will also be needing your input.

This position can be based in Gothenburg, Barcelona or Amsterdam and will work with recruitments across Europe, with focus on roles based in Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Barcelona. A great opportunity e.g. for an agency recruiter to continue move into a career as an inhouse recruiter, being part of the HR team.

To be successful in this role we believe you should have:

- Experience as an Tech/IT Talent Recruiter with in depth knowledge in sourcing and active candidate search methods
- Strong understanding of technical requirements

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

As we are a small (but mighty) team, you need to work well independently and bring your creative ideas forward. Since we are spread across Europe, we are working to a significant extent remote/online, so bonus if you know how to deal with that in an effective way!

Our recruitment process

We work with a competence based framework. You apply by submitting your LinkedIn-profile or CV written in English and answering a few questions.

Our selection will primarily look at acquired competencies and skills.

Therefore, as part of our recruitment process, we use psychometric assessments to help us increase our hiring success by identifying the candidates that are most likely to thrive and be successful in the role
