We, within the Customer Complaints team, in Solna are now looking for a new colleague. As a Technical Investigator you will interact with different functions/stakeholders across the organization, for example within Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supplier Quality, R&D etc.
About the position:
In this position you will be responsible for conducting technical investigations to identify root causes in Customer Product Complaints. You will spend most of your working time at the laboratory, where we test and troubleshoot returned components in reference machines. You will be part of a team that works goal-oriented and with the customer in focus.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Conducting technical investigations of returned parts
Writing and reviewing technical investigation reports including log review, trending and risk review/assessment
Writing and reviewing authority reports
Creating Customer response letters
Being responsible for the environment, safety and ESD compatibility of the test lab
Being responsible for ensuring that the test equipment at the lab is calibrated according to set intervals
Being responsible for maintenance and service of the reference devices at the lab
Working with CAPA handling - corrective action and preventive action
Contributing to process and product quality improvements
The team today consists of 7 Complaint Specialists and 3 Senior Complaint Specialists with solid experience in complaint handling, product knowledge and technical investigations. Our team works closely with a supporting function in Poland. We work with common goals with a focus on our customers. You will be reporting to the Manager of Customer Complaints Department. Who you are:
We are looking for a candidate that:
Has 3-5 years related experience from similar work tasks
Has an academic degree in Medical Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Is fluent in Swedish as well as in English
Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Is committed and wants to make a difference in product quality
Is a goal-oriented and cooperative team player who takes responsibility for achieving results
Is structured, accurate and solution-oriented
Is stimulated by working with several parallel activities and has an ability to work in a changing environment
