Arbetsbeskrivning
You will be a key-player in setting up and maintaining customer specific platforms and systems, together with our Platform Group. During new projects you will be the link between the technical experts as well as Project and Product Management. You will be liaising with both customers and internal stakeholders while also being hands on involved in the setup.
In operational state you serve as Technical Advisor to the customer, always ensuring we deliver the best value while building customer relation and trust.
You are also responsible for reporting on KPI’s such as growth, cost and SLA.
A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH
Being the primary contact and link between customer and internal teams.
First responder to customer unique requests or incidents, maintaining the core knowledge of the customers platforms and systems.
Server as Technical Advisor to the customer and challenge and evolve the systems over time. Striving for optimization of both operation and cost.
Maintain documentation, observability and proper insight into the customers platforms and systems.
Report on growth, cost, incidents and roadmap for future development.
Act as link between Product Managers, Account Managers and Project Managers during and after the setup of each customer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Deep understanding and interest in lean and agile principles
Proven experience of working with Cloud (pref. AWS) environments utilizing IaC (such as Terraform and Ansible).
Ability to follow, track and report on KPI’s, budget and operational cost.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to balance stakeholders, build trustful relationship
Experience of working in a multicultural environment
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a high pace and a high velocity environment
