The Technical Account Manager is the first point of contact for our Sales Offices into the MilDef product company. The mission is to ensure that the Sales Offices get quick and accurate product and business support all the way from requirement to order. You will work as a dedicated resource to one of our Sales Office, but we load balance and help each other out in the team, so expect to work with all of them in some shape or form.
A key factor in this role is to have a customer mindset and keep up to date with the market, through the Sales Offices, customers, key suppliers and create relationships wherever possible. The wide range of activities require great knowledge of the networks and people inside all parts of MilDef.
You have a deep technical interest and knowledge within the area where MilDef operate, the tactical IT domain. An engineering degree is beneficial, but a practical background through previous employment is also a possible background.
You will work as a technical expert on the MilDef product portfolio. Actively engage with MilDef Sales Offices from the early stage of a business opportunity all the way to delivery, including everything from RFI/RFQ & pricing to technical questions & troubleshooting at system level. As we operate in an international environment you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
The Technical Account Manager role needs to work very closely together with the different department/teams within MilDef Products to provide the best possible support to the Sales Offices.
The position is located in Helsingborg.
