As the Technical Account Manager you will own the relationship with one of our operators.

Responsibilities:
• Function as an in-house consultant at your operators´ IoT department to support all Cisco Jasper related activities.
• The emphasis of your joint activities with your operator are Product development, Operational support and Sales support
• Deliver the Voice of the Customer and Brand Score across your operator and align cross functionally at Cisco Jasper
• Work collaboratively with Cisco Jasper Enterprise Sales to achieve financial targets for your operator
• Agree with your operator on a set of metrics and establish a cadence to measure during regular operations reviews
• Take ownership, drive the agenda, create and present material, and engage your operator´s active participation in Quarterly Business Reviews with Tele 2 Senior Managers, key stakeholders, and Cisco Jasper Regional and Global Management and Executives
• Proactively understand your operator´s strategic targets and compensation plan and work closely with your operator´s sales team and Cisco Jasper Sales on specific actions close deals
• Specifically support you operator´s Sales teams in Non-Nordic countries in customer engagements and RFP processes.
• Galvanize the Cisco Jasper Go to Market program within your operator including starter kits, sales collateral, web content and RFP content
• Establish and maintain strong product knowledge, achieve gold certification for Cisco Jasper Platform demonstrations

Qualifications:
• Pragmatic, extravert and able to steer a relationship to result.
• Experience in client management and aligning account strategies to recognize revenue
• Commercially astute
• Multi-level relationship management, C suite to sellers
• Excellent problem solver
• Strong communication, presentation and customer interfacing skills
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunication networks is desired
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent required
• Strong English language skills is a must requirement
• Swedish and German speaking ability desired
• Ability to travel 25%+
