As a Technical Account Manager Large Partners, you will be a part of our team located in Sweden (HQ) and Spain.
You will be a specialist in your field and a project team member during the startup phase of a new large partner (Service Provider or Operator). You will also be a part of the main team who manages our large partners throughout their lifetime with Telavox which means actively contributing to making them as self-sufficient as possible.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Be the large partner's first point of contact via phone/email/chat
- 3rd line technical support for troubleshooting
- Uphold operational forums with your partners
- Owner of your partner's feature/change requests
- Conduct training sessions and products demos
As this role will work with partners in Spain and internationally, it requires full professional or native level in both Spanish & English. Swedish is not mandatory, but an advantage!
About you 🌟
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you have some experience from a supportive role, are genuinely curious about how things work, and are eager to understand technical issues.
- You are a service-oriented person with excellent communication skills and are able and willing to learn from experience
- You probably have some experience in a similar role, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or some nearby industry
Furthermore, you quickly understand the business and how value is created for both parties, and proactively analyze the partner portfolio to find improvements. Your high energy, insatiable curiosity, and business acumen will make you successful in this position!
