As a Technical Account Manager you will assist in the implementation of MDA software for a customer based in Munich, Germany, and provide the single point of contact for that customer after the implementation.You will also provide ongoing support for the implemented system in production, monitor production processes and assist with continued configuration or development work, extending the production system. Krav på person For the position, we would like you to have a Master of Science or a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.Since the role is based in Munich and involves international contacts, both internal and external, it is required that you are fluent in both German and English while also having good communications and writing skills.You have experience of application software implementation and expertise in applying technology to meet client needs.You also have an understanding of data modeling, preferably in Oracle, and experience with complex SQL and PL/SQL development, and experience with defining and maintaining application administration processes.To suit this position you have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.You also have good communication skills.If you have organizational skills and are able to think outside the box it is an advantage.
