Scalado AB is a Swedish imaging Software Company that focuses on the wireless device industry.It provides mobile imaging software solutions that are powerful, scalable and modular for any camera phone.Its mission is to make imaging on mobile phones more efficient - bringing higher usability for end-users and cutting hardware costs for device manufacturers.With unique and patented software technologies, it is solving critical performance issues with less memory and CPU requirements.Founded in 2000, Scalado has its head office in IDEON Research Park in Lund, Sweden.The company's principal shareholders are venture capitalists Northcap Partners, Industrifonden, and Teknoseed as well as company's founders.As Technical Account Manager you will be a key person in our sales department.Your tasks will be to take responsibility for technical sales to help us acquire new customers and projects, and to take responsibility for technical relations with our current customers.Together with the Key Account Manager you will present and sell Scalado's technical solutions and be instrumental in creating even greater demand for our products to both new and current customers.Goals: .Actively work to acquire new customers and projects within the framework of our chosen strategy .Be our expert on different mobile platforms and how our technologies and products can be integrated and used .Create awareness of and demand for Scalado's solutions .Actively work to increase relationships with our present customers .Independently drive forward an account from both a technical and commercial perspective Responsibilities/tasks: ?Take responsibility for technical sales in the sales process.This ranges from customer presentations, working during the evaluation phase through to technical acceptance ?Assume technical responsibility towards our customers -Evaluate new possibilities -Take on responsibility for producing and presenting project proposals -Evaluate and pass on requirement specifications from customers -Secure information about how customers use Scalado's technology ?Pre-sales support ?Presentation and demonstration of our technologies and products ?Create interest and demand from potential customers ?Complement the CTO as technical expert when necessary ?Actively partake in writing RFIs and other technical documentation in the sales process ?Develop new, creative ways for Scalado to reach its strategic and financial goals ?Give feedback from customers about their requirements and future trends ?Understand different mobile platforms, OS and camera solutions ?Program management for current customers: -Responsibilities for technical projects run for customers.Ensure they are run according to given goals, time frames and fulfilling quality assurance requirements -Take charge of technical communication for customers -Run virtual organizations that are resourced with the purpose of securing: ?The smooth running of projects ordered by customers ?Running customer support ?Actively participate with and set requirements towards our development organization If you find the position interesting, please apply with a registered profile through www.elanit.se.Please note that your application must be in English.
