Tasks and responsibilities:
Departmental tasks and responsibilities
Provide technical support to sales partners, customers, Fronius Service Partners (FSP), installers and project partners in Sweden
Conduct regular visits to installers to provide information and updates on products, give presentations and conduct technical training
Provide on-site service and support for the commissioning of PV systems
Support installers and sales partners in case of product failure on-site
Maintain all customer cases in our Customer Relationship Management tool
Participate in sales exhibitions and/ or trade fairs in Sweden and abroad
Keep up-to-date regarding the Swedish solar markets (e.g. business and political developments, competitors, regional legislations, etc.)
Support marketing and PR activities
You will report directly to the responsible Export Sales Manager for Scandinavia.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience
Knowledge and experience with electronics
Knowledge of PV systems and credentials to install and service them
Knowledge of renewable energy and/or photovoltaics is beneficial
Experience in selling technical products is beneficial
Willingness to travel extensively in Sweden and Finland
Dedication and flexibility
Knowledge of MS Office
Reliability and ability to work independently
Languages
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Fluency in and English (spoken and written)
