We are searching for an ideally swedish native, with an excellent command of german, who wants to live and work in Munich or already lives there. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Your responsibilities would be: - technical support via e-mail or phone for customers and partners - administration of the internet scopes 'service and support' - support of the sales team in technical concerns - installation and configuration of software - user coaching - documentation of service calls - software testing and analysis. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET You must have finished your job training or received an academic degree in IT-specialisation.
