· SAG Integration server v 10.3
· SAG Universal Messaging v10.3
· CA API Gateway v9.4 / SAG API
Minimum of 5 + years of Experience in Integration operations support and Development
Must have worked with large customers
Eager to learn new technologies, Tools, cloud migration
To play Architect role
To work with customer to derive solution



General Requirement
Willingness to work in 24/7 shift environment (Including nights, weekends and holidays)
Strong trouble shooting skills
Ability to work well under-pressure within high performance driven environment
Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Understanding of ITIL methodology and processes.
Up-to-date technical knowledge
Root cause analysis preparation, meeting SLA
Service/client centric approach.
