Technical Business Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a cross functional development team that consists of both business analysts and software engineers in the Markets Value Stream.
- Develop existing and future businesses and build innovative financial services and help in the implementation of a new front and back office system across asset classes within Foreign exchange and & Fixed Income area
- Analyzing business needs/opportunities and transforming them to system implementation
- Collaborating with the Team and other value streams as well as different key stakeholders to successfully deliver
- Testing solutions in dedicated environments; assuring the quality of the deliveries
- Maintaining the existing functionality to ensure full support for the end users
- Taking responsibility and accountability in your everyday work


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field
- Relevant IT development and IT management experience and education
- Preferably and highly valuated is product knowledge (FX, Credit and Fixed Income)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English language, both spoken and written.
- Calypso platform competence, both from a development and system administering perspective is highly appreciated
- To be a great team player with good communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
