Would you like to be part of a challenging and exciting opportunity to shape the future of Swedbank´s future AML/KYC processes as part of Pega Client Lifecycle Management value stream?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join the exciting journey of our Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) value stream that is responsible for developing customer centric and compliant end-to-end processes
- Together with APO, work on features, defining user stories and collaborate close with different key stakeholders
- Be a key player in production activities and releases
- Identify actionable solutions and improvement opportunities for productivity and effectiveness
- Take initiative in helping and communicating your field expertise to colleagues with both technical and non-technical background
What is needed in this role:
- 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in a large organisation, ideally within Financial Services
- Previous experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions
- Strong knowledge in Pega application development
- Pega certification (BA and/or system architect) is a merit
- Experience in Pega CLM framework is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills, experienced in documenting technical process flows and supporting visuals
- Having a high degree of integrity and be self-driven, you are trustworthy and reliable
- Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills, both in person and remotely
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent work life experiences in related fields
