Mectec is an international company that sells, develops and manufactures innovative industrial labeling solutions known as ‘Print & Apply’. Mectec is now recruiting a Technical Business Coordinator to the Customer Service team in Malmö.

Job description:

As Technical Business Coordinator at Mectec you will be part of the customer service team and have an important role in the presales process. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Preparing and communicating quotations to customers and distributors and suggesting good technical solutions
- Handling orders and quotations
- Communicating order confirmations and delivery information
- Guiding the customers and distributors in the product range
- Handling of presales questions
- Administration in our ERP system Pyramid
- Customer care

In your daily work you will interact with customers, distributors, Mectec’s sales organization, as well as other sections within the company and the group. You will be part of an expansive and international company, with a flexible and non-hierarchical organization that allows for fast decisions.

This is a full-time position and you will be based in Malmö.

Candidate profile:

You have at least a few years of experience working with similar tasks, in technical sales/ support/customer service/administration. You have a broad technical interest and you want to work in a project driven, high paced and dynamic organization. It is an advantage with experience from an international business environment and anacademic education in engineering might be a plus.Good communication skills in both spoken and written English is needed.

Personal characteristics that we prefer in this role are good social skills, a problem solving and service oriented mindset.You are accurate when it comes to details and good at prioritizing and making decisions. Your personality can also be described as driven, dedicated, non prestigious, helpful and flexible. You have a team player personality but also enjoy working independently and can build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
