Channels are responsible for the sales and service experience in physical channels and we want to create a relation with our customers that will take them to the next level in their digital life.

What you’ll do

Channels Development is a central part of our Channels organization and responsible for developing our physical sales and service channels within areas: strategy and transformation, growth, customer experience, efficiency and profitability. We are now taking the first steps to also include technical development and IT requirement in to our way of work for physical channels.

As a Technical Business development manager, you will lead technical transformation initiatives and projects within Channels as well as supporting the overall digital transformation for Telenor. You will be an important link and SPOC between physical Channels and Telenor IT-departments and have an overall responsibility for IT requirements in Channels. As a Technical Business development manager, you will report to Head of Development and you work closely to Channels management team and Telenor transformation team.

Example of your responsibilities:
* Challenge technical structures, processes and way of work in physical Channels
* Setting up IT-requirement process and work closely with IT and Transformation teams
* Set up way of work in an agile environment regarding system processes and technical responsibility in Channels
* Find, evaluate and implement system processes and tools
* Stakeholder management on high level

Who are you

We are looking for candidates who have university degree preferable in science or IT and a couple of years work experience as an IT consultant or equivalent line roll. We prefer that candidates have worked with IT change/transformation projects or lead of innovative solution implementation. A plus if you have experience working with agile and technical innovation. For this role you need to be fluent in English and have basic understanding in the Swedish language.

As a person you have much energy, a growth mindset and ability to deliver initiatives with high quality under pressure. You have excellent people and analytic skills as well as excellent skills in presenting in power point. It is important that you are passionate about finding solutions that exceeds expectations and that you take own initiatives. Also you have an understanding of why the customer is a crucial part in Telenor overall strategy.
