Technical Communicator - consultant assignment




Assignment description
We are now searching for a Technical Communicator to join our Product Information team to create the Technical Information for our market leading industrial tightening tools. Join us and be part of a multinational and 350 people strong R&D department located at the head office in Sickla.

As a Technical Communicator in our team, you work cross-functionally in close cooperation with Product Managers, Illustrators, Designers, Developers, Compliance and other functions within the organization. You collaborate with various teams to ensure we can deliver excellent technical information deliverables on-time.

Based on information in white papers, design documents, specifications etc., you will use and interact with software to create user friendly guides that explain complex topics in an understandable and accessible manner. For some products, you will act as a UX Writer using your skills to improve the product itself, not just the information.

We work in a modern way creating structured information within a CCMS. We then distribute content to many different channels including online help, print and web pages. We are always trying to find new ways of working and distributing information, all to improve our customer experience and grow the business. You will keep up to date on trends and tools to ensure Atlas Copco can support our customer expectations for digital information.
