We´re a leading provider within the gambling business with passion to deliver cutting edge products, both technologically and commercially. Together with our partners, we have successfully expanded our business worldwide, and have challenging targets for our growth. We are now expanding the compliance team and seek qualified candidates for a number of roles, to be based in London, UK, Sliema Malta or Vaxjo Sweden.

For this position we are looking for new colleagues who are inspired by delivering first-class technical compliance services for products and services offered worldwide within the gaming industry. The position demands excellent technical compliance skills and knowledge, coupled with dedication and enthusiasm for the compliance area. Join us and take a key role in defining technical demands, ensuring they are taken in to account in product development, and assist R&D in obtaining required certificates and keep them updated.

Description:

Assessing the company’s level of technical compliance against the regulatory technical requirements. Working closely with other business functions (IT and support, platform development, product manager) and ensure timely consideration and delivery of relevant regulations, codes and standards;
Prepare technical requirement specifications where applicable for existing and new jurisdictional licence and certification purposes;
Oversee policies and operational procedures are fit for purpose and adhered to for on demand external and onsite audits;
Manage external audit programs where relevant including security management, payment and platforms;
Assessing the company’s level of technical compliance against the regulatory technical requirements;
Sign technical developments off as applicable and releasing these to the public
Liaise with e-gaming regulators, Accredited Testing Facilities and other regulatory stakeholders;
Working closely with other departments and appropriately consider relevant regulations, codes and standards for e-gaming;
Ensuring effective evaluation of business risks and issues related to operational incidents and work closely with the change manager for release management;
Undertake gap analysis against regulatory requirements and internal audits to ensure business maintains compliance with licensing objectives

Key Qualifications:

Remote gaming experience is essential;
In depth knowledge of technical regulations and standards;
Experience in writing technical requirement specifications;
Knowledge of casino content and platforms;
Certification program management;
Information Security Management;
Availability to travel when required;
Numerate with excellent analytical skills;
Fluent in English both oral and in writing
