The CSG Stockholm team is developing and running advanced cloud-based anti-fraud telecom solutions and quality assurance software solutions used by communications service providers across the globe.
Our high-tech solutions are run in the AWS cloud and used by over 100 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like Salesforce, AT&T and Tata. The portfolio includes Big Data solutions running in the Hadoop ecosystem as well as an active test system utilizing CSG test probes in 150 countries globally.
The CSG Stockholm office is located in Münchenbryggeriet, Södermalm, with a beautiful view of the City Hall on Lake Mälaren.
We are looking to strengthen the Stockholm PS team with a brilliant Technical Consultant.
About the Role
You will be part of the highly skilled PS team, mainly working with implementation of our anti-fraud and quality assurance solutions, including system implementation, configuration, monitoring and business consultancy:
Conduct implementation meetings with clients
Perform system installation and configuration
Assist the clients to perform their activities without delay
Educate and train clients in our solutions
Run business consultant meetings with clients
You will also play a role in:
Take care of support case when requested by the Assure Support Manager
Act as Support technical analyst – 2nd line support providing customers with high quality support responses and solutions according to agreed lead times
If you are interested with data analysis and data mining, there is potential chance to further develop your skills as a data analyst. The work includes:
Build dashboards, create reports and analyse data. Communicate insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
Design, develop and evaluate predictive models to understand the impact of specific fraud behaviours, trends and patterns

Required Skills
Completed degree in Computer Science or similar.
At least two years of relevant work experience in professional services
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Coding skills for analytics and data manipulation (SQL, R, Python, Panda, Scala)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud-based platforms like AWS
Understanding of network technologies like SIP, SS7 and wireless technologies like GSM, UMTS and 4G
