Job description

The Technical Consultant works as part of the delivery team in deploying solutions to our customers. The role requires working on several projects in teams who are responsible for the successful delivery. We have our Swedish head office in Kista where you will be placed but travelling to our customers in other Scandinavian countries is a part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
•understand and keep up to date with current technology and the technical requirements of the assigned products
•assist in the definition of the requirements of the solution and prepare/ assist with demonstrations
•working with installations, configuration, testing and upgrades both onsite and remote
•act as a technical liaison with third part, Central Teams and Business Units

Qualifications and requested competence

To be right candidate you must have:
•solid background in ICT engineering
•detailed knowledge of MS Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems
•good understanding of client server environments, domain configuration, networks, databases, SQL, virtualization.
•fluent in English and Swedish, oral and written

It is desirable if you also have:
•bachelors degree
•ITIL knowledge
•experience of healthcare IT, HL7, DICOM and/or hospital HIS
