Technical Content Coordinator

Coordination of design documentation and technical lifecycle information in the project.

Candidate will preferably have Experience from coordinating and consolidating technical information in complex capital projects. Comparable positions would be:
LCI Coordinator (LifeCycle Information)
DFO Coordinator (Documentation for Operation)

Experience in process systems engineering and with an interest in structuring information and documentation.

Scope of the assignment

Organize and handle technical design documentation needed for installation i.e. drawings, Non-Conformance Reports and as-built update.

- Support the Technical Content Management with structuring and creating information in PLM and EAM systems.
- documentation according to the object types used by customers systems.
- Support the projects in the most efficient way to handle DFO in order to get the right data into the different structures of customers system.
- Support commissioning activities in setting up binders in confluence.
- Documentation management


Required education background and professional experience

- University degree at minimum Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant engineering subject (IT or other technical area etc.) or relevant experience and documented achievements within the technical information management area.
- Minimum 1 - 5 years information management experience. At least 1 year of experience mainly within area of information management.
- Knowledge in ISO-81346-2 is desirable.
- Able to read drawings from different disciplines to update and upload
- Experience and knowledge of technical documentation and configuration management.
- Adaptability, good communication skills and the ability to identify issues and proactively work to solve them are necessary to perform well in this position.
- Excellent oral and written English skills are prerequisites; knowledge of other European language(s) would be an advantage.
- To be successful and perform well in this position you have demonstrated good leadership and training skills. You have a strong ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Good skills in excel and web based tools like Atlassian suite. Experience in Product Lifecycle or Enterprise asset management tools is a plus.
