Our Exciting Opportunity!
The Radio HW design unit in Kista is working on developing the latest 5G radios in the segments Remote Radio, Advanced Antenna Mid-band and Advanced Antenna High band products.A key function in our product development is our state of the art design labs and we are now looking for a Technical Co-ordinator for our HW design labs in Kista.
The RF design hiring section is today around 20 people with a diverse mixture of RX and TX designers working in all three mentioned sectors above, a mixture of very senior, senior and more junior engineers.We have an open, respecting and honest climate, and we always try to be supportive against each other, enabling people to grow and take ownership.
We also have a tight co-operation with our design centers in Sweden and around the globe and this we believe is a key contributor to our success.
You will
Drive Lab Roadmaps, to visualize and plan ongoing and future activities, projects and predevelopments together with our Lab responsible managers and design team.
Drive Lab Technology Plans drive the evolution of our labs in sync with our intermediate- and long- term product plans together with our Lab responsible managers and design team.
Drive Tech Area Alignment align with appropriate Tech Areas to ensure correct technologies are available for coming technology evolution of components and products.
Drive Investments and needed Technology and Cost Efficiency studies.
Drive Budgets, ensure that the yearly Budgets are aligned with Lab -Road maps and -Tech Plans with motivations for accurate quality, technology and cost.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Wireless Communication or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in RF and/or mm Wave radio circuit design
RF radio Lab and instrument experience
Test script SW experience is a plus
System Design and Signal Processing knowledge is a plus
