About this opportunity

Radio SW Module program makes sure that high quality software is delivered to our stakeholders for state of art Ericsson Radio portfolio which support all standards. Technical Coordinator will provide technical drive and coordination to Radio SW Module program. TC will also provide continuity in Radio SW Module program and takes a long-term responsibility for relevant Radio Tracks/products & strategy. The role also includes long term responsibility for quality by addressing impediments in our flows. TTC will drive or participate in technical work such as TR deep-dives, SW branch decision, architectural changes, work with scope planning, support complex feature planning, supporting impact and technical ruling in TR decisions.

What you will do
Drive Strategic technical leadership in Module Program
Long term responsibility of Track quality and efficient track flow.
Continuous analysis of customer and escalated issues (TRs etc.)
Delivery coordinating of Feature/TR solution.
Analyzing & address delivery stops
Drive continuous improvements through Radio SW Module Care project
Drive Task forces, RCAs & FSTs
Cooperate with test manager(s) for Test Coverage.
Cooperate with Module Program TC(s) and RAN/NSV TCs.
Coordinate Customer Issues/TR troubleshooting accords PDUs/Modules.


You will bring
Experience with Radio SW
Good knowledge about Radio SW modules.
Knowledge about Radio Product portfolio.
Experience with TR troubleshooting.
Experience of driving task forces or complex technical issues.
Good knowledge of RAN configurations.
Good communication skills.
Experience with working in multi-cultural and multi-site setup.
Good system knowledge – Radio (HW, SW) portfolio and functions, product development process, CI/CD flow, testing loops.
Good knowledge of eNodeB / gNodeB, transport network protocols & interfaces, NSV QA’s.
Radio product development processes and methods, anatomy-based planning, product lifecycle management knowledge
Ability to lead technical investigations, evaluate technical impact, and produce a verdict
