Role description:

Deliver exceptional support to both internal and external customers, covering a range of needs such as technical assistance, order processing, and payment-related inquiries. Seamlessly collaborate with the right resources to take full ownership of cases, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Drive prompt resolution of customer concerns, including order processing, technical support, and payment issues, through close coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal or external teams. Foster smooth resolutions in collaboration with the After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams.

Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting customers with spare parts orders, warranty inquiries, and proactively maintaining the customer database. Elevate technical support standards by staying up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge.

About you:

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a degree or masters in relevant field within tech, example within engineering. You have 2-6 years of experience working within a similar role. We also see that you have knowledge in excel and ms office, if you have experience in SAP it is a plus. You must have knowledge in English in both writing and speaking due to that it is a global company.
