Technical Delivery Lead

Main responsibilities

As a Technical Delivery Lead you will sit as a cross functional advisor across our technical implementation teams and be the one that leads the agile team in delivering complex solutions to the customer. In dialogue with internal and external parties, you will be the technical anchor which includes a lot of problem solving and advising our customers when selling new solutions.

Our delivery processes operate on an Agile framework and our ambition is to fully embrace DevOps Automation and embed a software engineering culture, workflow, and toolset that elevates operational requirements to the same level of importance as architecture, design and development. In this position, you will for instance:

• Coach team members on technical solutions
• Work in Client Delivery Projects to:

• • Consult on complex solutions
• • Consult on configurations for Import / export of data over SFTP and/or APIs
• • Set up access and authentication configurations for SSO or Bank ID
• • Build customized reports, payroll specifications

• Deliver new, modified functionality to existing customers
• Work proactively to improve and standardize our solutions
• Lead, inspire, drive and motivate those around you

This is what we are looking for

You are an collaborative person with an open mindset and eagerness to learn. To thrive in this position, you like to take on responsibility, show tenacity by being a self-starter who doesn’t require much assistance. Additionally, you have previously worked independently with workstream ownership and thrive in an evolving environment with complex technology that supports problem solving and flexibility at work. You have a strong ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, as well as being structured and result oriented.

To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:

• Experience from system integration, working with data enablement and to some extent or/ and an interest in architecture
• A strong knowledge of English, both verbally and written
• Coding skills within languages such as Java, JSP or C#. Perhaps an interest in NodeJS, Typescript or Python
• Some experience or interest in components from Azure or AWS
